turnmytext provides an AI-powered text humanization service that transforms AI-generated content into more natural, human-like writing. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to bypass usage limits through technical means
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original content you submit. The humanized output is yours to use. However, we retain all rights to the Service itself, including our algorithms, code, and design.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are in USD. We use Lemon Squeezy to process payments securely. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, turnmytext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that humanized text will bypass any specific AI detection system. Detection algorithms evolve constantly, and results may vary. The Service is a tool to assist with writing, not a guaranteed solution.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
